Mubasher: Bahrain Cinema Company (BCC) said it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas Bahrain Co.

Under the agreement, the two parties will establish a limited liability company to be owned equally by both of them.

Upon completion of the legal documentation, the JV will own, operate and develop the cinema business at Bahrain City Center that is currently owned and operated by BCC.
